Individual Commencement Photographs
 

Location: Husky Stadium

Date & Time: June 13, 2009 1:00pm

Every graduate will be photographed twice during the Main Ceremony which takes place in Husky Stadium. One photograph will be taken as each graduate approaches the stage area. A second photograph will be taken as each graduate is congratulated by the University official on stage.

Graduate Instructions for Husky Stadium Photos:
 

After you have processed onto the floor of Husky Stadium you will find a bag waiting for you on your seat. This bag will contain the commencement program, information from your Alumni Association and a Graduate Information Form. Complete the Graduate Information Form with the pencil provided and bring the form with you as you proceed to the stage for recognition. Please hand in this completed form and speak your name clearly into the voice recorder when asked. The information provided will only be used to deliver your images to you and your family. You will automatically receive both electronic and paper proofs shortly following the ceremony.
